Here are few stretches you can do-
1. Wrist stretch- Frist extend your arm out with the palm facing down.Use your other hand to gently press up on the fingers of the outstretched hand. Hold for about 15-30 seconds.
Then Extend your arm out with the palm facing up and repeat the process.
2.Thumb stretch- Hold your thumb with the other hand and stretch in each direction while moving it like a joy stick. Do it for 15-30 secs.
3. Fan and first- start with your hand open, fingers extended. Slowly bring your fingers together, 5-10 seconds. From the fan position, gentle close your hand into a first. Hold the first position for 5-10 second.
4. Finger taps- Begin by tapping each fingertips to your thumb,one at a time.start with your index finger and move to your pinky.
