Having shoulder pain?
Try this exercise daily for 30 seconds
1.Take a ball and roll it on the wall with help of your palm.
2.Make sure your elbow is in straight line with the shoulder.
3.Initially make small circles with the wall and with time make them larger to increase your range of movement.
Avoid doing it in case of recent injury.
Avoid doing it in case pain increases a lot.
In case of swelling or increase in pain take medical attention immediately
